Established in 2021 by Zachary Kaddatz, Daily Training Program (DTP) was born from a desire to share free fitness resources with the world.
From his hometown of Toowoomba QLD, Zac started his dailytrainingtip Instagram account and began posting a fitness tip each day. His popularity soon boomed, and he has now amassed a following of 50K on Instagram, ensuring daily he gets to help thousands of people live a better life through fitness.
Now, don’t be fooled, Zac isn’t just a random person sprouting fitness tips on the internet. He is a CrossFit® Level 3 Trainer and Head Coach of CrossFit® Affiliate, CrossFit Confront. Through his coaching with CrossFit Confront, Zac works with athletes (yes, everyone's an athlete) of all ages and abilities including children, teens, adults, masters and adaptive athletes. His Daily Training Program has been implemented at CrossFit Confront and also throughout his own fitness journey.
