With a limited amount of coaching programs available, SugarWOD undertakes a rigorous vetting of their workout programming experts ensuring that Daily Training Program truly is one of the best around. 

The SugarWOD app makes it easy for you to access and track your workouts, access a fitness community and communicate your progress with the Daily Training Program.

For just $10 a week, you gain access to a fitness program which each day gives you, general and specific warm ups, Workout of the Day (WOD), cool downs, and optional accessory work.

Whether you’re an individual or a coach, you also get workout briefs, goals, target times, scaling and modification options and lesson plans with timings for a 60 second session.
