Where do I come to train?
Personal training sessions can be undertaken at your home, business, virtually or at CrossFit Confront in Toowoomba QLD.
Can sessions be customised?
Yes! That is what personal training is all about. Your personal training sessions will focus on your specific goals and cater to your fitness goals. We will update your goals throughout your fitness journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
As per my terms and conditions when booking, if you wish to cancel a personal training session you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a personal training session.
How long is a PT session?
This is totally up to you, sessions range from 30-60 minutes.
