Build Your Gymnastics Strength is a program designed to give you the foundations of Strict Gymnastics Strength in The Pushup, Pull up, and Dip. It doesn’t address the Muscle up directly but it will give you the strength foundation to get that and more epic movements as well!

This is the program I wrote and used to build myself from 3 very averagely executed strict pull-ups to 15 great strict pull-ups and from 12 pushups to being able to do 75 in one set over the course of the program.

It starts at absolute beginner level and can help get anyone these amazing movements.
