Double Under Program - NEW!
This is the step by step progression I use with in person athletes to help them get double unders!
Most people don’t even make it to the end of the program, they start nailing sets of double unders before they even finish all the programs tasks!
Each item will have a short video link with a demonstration as to what I am after for each task.
Complete a task before moving on to the next one to ensure mastery of the fundamentals which will ensure long term success.
I only recommend 10-15 minutes of practice 2-3 days per week.
